If you want to change the settings of Taskbar and Start Menu, do the followings :
1. Take the mouse over the Taskbar > Right-Click > Properties.
2. "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" window will open, now you can Change the settings.
3. Click on Apply button to apply your new settings.
4. Now click on OK to finish.
