There is a common way to open "Run"
Open "Start" then select "Run".
But what will happen if you can't find the "Run" bar?
If you can't find "Run" button in your start manu then you should follow one of the step down there:
1. Hold "Start" button and press "R" key(Start+R) to open run.
2. Or open "Start", select "All Programs" then select "Accessories" then select "Run".
